hiya i have just got a new ps3 i have only owned 3 and when i wana download mappacks for blackops and my other games im gettin a message sayin 5 other accounts are activated can sony help me because i carnt download non of my maps i carnt even download themes movies please help me

Accounts > Media and devices > deactivate all. Note that this will only work for game activations, to deactivate video services you need to call customer services.

Then log back into your PS3 which will reactivate the device resetting you back to one activation.

Try deactivating one of your old PS3's. And don't game share in future Also if you have change your password. Just to let you know the ability to download content on 5 consoles has been reduced to 2, anything bought before the change(November/December 2011)  is still 5.
