I think its a great decision. Like fenian said I too wish they would be stricter with everyone!
This is the thing though, Chris brown was due of kick of the UK leg of his tour in Glasgow tonight!

Tax collection speaks louder than law.
Tyson was allowed in because of the tax that was collectable off the fight. Just like why Chris Brown will be allowed in after the appeal. There is tax to collected off his concerts.
The likes of me and you are not as privileged as the rich and famous, we are but a nuisance to the government that needs to be stomped on. I think we are due another revolution!

Yeah chris brown will be let in after appeal, the famous people nearly always are, but this also applies to ordinary people too, if youre going to do a job that cant be covered they will normally let you in on appeal.
Normally they are more strict about drug convictions than violent attacks upon people :-/
