Put some energy into it!

To be honest I am not a big fan of this type of music but I liked the music, as other pointed out its the singer letting the group down. I'm sure he is a best mate or something but honestly he is your only real problem, lack of energy would probably be fixed with a decent singer to tbh lol. You could always teach him to play guitar so its not so obvious lol.

I don't think putting a guitar in his hands would be a good idea, he has a hard enough time concentrating on the job in hand already .

Ok well if there is enough room he can join me in the triangle section of the band. Saying that triangles require amazing feats of skill to master so maybe he can be the one who puts everything away afterwards.

You are boring to watch. You need to move around more and look like you're enjoying yourselves. Having been in 3 bands over the years, nobody wants to watch a band that stand still and perform. Unfortunately that's the way things work, it's not all about the music, it's about the performance and having stage presence.

But yeah, music wise, everything seems pretty tight. The sound isn't great, but that's small venues for you. You're in a room with high flat painted walls and ceilings, so the accoustics are just aweful.

Ok, just listening to Movies. The singer is completely out of time. Needs a LOT more practise.

Like I say, I'm trying to be constructive, so don't take this as me hating on you. Takes more than most people think to even get to that level, so well done on getting there, but as I say, you just need to work on your timings andstage presence.

All things I have said before. Even mentioned Oasis as they didn't move about much on stage. Liam Gallgher doesn't dance or do anything in particular  yet has massive presence
