last night I woke up to an arm over my face, nearly wet myself.
Turned out that it was my own arm, and it decided to stay asleep. Was so weird.

This reminds me of what I laughingly call "Chicken Zinger Leg" or "Chicken Zinger Arm".

Starts with a dead weight arm, normally followed by a springy ZZZZZIIIINGGGG sensation in your hand every time you move, it, but you know you have to move it to get the blood flowing.

that is called astral projection, your astral self is floating out of your body, the high pitched noise or vibrations is what you will feel before you leave your body, I've experienced it myself and went through a wall, seriously.
