Re: Sleep ¬_¬

Thats nothing, I once got a phone call at 7am from my drunken flat mate if I wanted a shot :smileyindifferent:

And once I seriously got no sleep whatsoever.

I try to aim for 7 hours.

Re: Sleep ¬_¬

I don't get enough, 5 hours is pretty normal for me, but I do only get 3 hours or so on some nights when I particularly struggle to get to sleep. I used to only get 2/3 hours every night though, a few months back, so I see it as an improvement :smileytongue:

That said, I did wake up just before midday today :smileyvery-happy: So that was a nice 7 hours of teh good stuff.

Re: Sleep ¬_¬

I love sleep! My body clock is a bit messed up at the moment though. I wake up at around 7 every morning, go back to sleep, then wake up again at 9 15 ish! After that I cannot get back to sleep! :smileysad:

Re: Sleep ¬_¬

When i was in uni I experimented with missing sleep..

I cant remember exactly how many hours i did, but i had done 3 days, so had passed 72 hours, and was heading for the 90 and hundred hour mark..

I started acting like a bit of a loon, seeing things, hearing things, not able to hold sane conversations, having the same conversation with someone literally two minutes later "ohh did i tell you the new topgear is on tonight?" kind of thing.

All my mates played along, but made sure i didnt get in trouble and made sure i was safe, but they said it was really really funny. At the 90 hour mark i started to drink vodka, because i came to the conclusion it would reset my body clock and bring an end to the experiment.

Anyway, the drunken time is probably the most nuts experience of my life, for days people were telling me about crazy stuff, and for months i kept remembering stuff about it.

id say sleep is vital.

Re: Sleep ¬_¬

I need at least a good five hours for me to function properly. But I aim for around seven.

Re: Sleep ¬_¬

I get anywhere between 4 and 6 hours on a week night and maybe 8-10 hours at the weekend unless I'm really tired and I might sleep 12 hours lol

7 hours a week, that can't be healthy :smileytongue:

I love sleep, if I go to sleep and don't set any alarms, I will sleep for 12 hours give or take 15 minutes. Normally, if I'm getting up for uni, I'll get 6-8 hours.

I've stpped with the weekends I used to have, going out on Friday night and staying up drinking till Sunday and sleeping till Monday morning.

Re: Sleep ¬_¬

6 hours a night at the most :smileyhappy:

It started off with my insomnia, but now I just don't like wasting time sleeping :smileyvery-happy:
