I am thinking about upgrading my computer and just wondered what you guys would suggest?
I know my Graphics card is rubbish however I remember someone saying the motherboard is not that great either? I mainly use my computer for image & video editing plus 3D software so gaming is not too important at the moment. My spec only really struggles with games though so I am thinking a graphics card upgrade would be best but which? I have been looking on Amazon today but the ratings do not seem very reliable. As my spec is not to bad for me currently my budget is about £150 - £250.

Chances are if you're gonna change your gpu, you'd have to change your power supply. If you're changing your CPU, you're changing your motherboard (and this one is vice versa)
I'd suggest new GPU and PSU, but it's probably worth saving up and changing the mobo, psu, cpu and gpu in one.
You say video editing is important, so that would mean getting more performance out of a motherboard & cpu change.

I understand the benefits of adding the honey but I do not think the bin would help.
Also thanks Elite Hawk, video editing is something I will likely being doing in the future. I am mainly thinking about 3d software, if I am right a better graphic cards helps with those too? I have figured out I would need a PCI card but the power supply is something I have been confused about as well.

3Ds Max and Terragen 2 mostly, I have gone with the Asus 1GB GeForce GTX 560TI DirectCUII PCI-E Graphics Card which seemed liked a good option for the price. ![]()

Too late to say unless you can cancel but you'd be better off with a 7850.

All gaming graphics cards are bad at 3D software work of this nature. A 5 year old workstation card is still vastly superior to even the most powerful gaming graphics card of today. They do calculations in a completely different way so suck at gaming, but for 3D modelling they are perfect.
These are the cards you need http://www.techarp.com/showarticle.aspx?artno=95
