It would also seem that my kids can spell better than some adults too.I see the beatings worked then.
A swift beating always does the job when it comes to spellings, that's where schools go wrong these days.
not just these days.
When i was at school people with learning dificulties Dyslexia, dysbraxia ect were ignored and not realy help and we got left behind.
Yeh, that's bad people with dyslexia etc... should not be ignored, but helped.
And they should have the dyslexia beaten out of them.

Evil can be easily beaten out of people.
Rephrase that evil can be easily beaten out of people by being evil.
Thats pretty much what you were saying.

on topic....
Beating children never helped. Giving any form of corporal punishment back to the teachers is a bad idea. To many evil and vindictive teachers out there to risk that.
I wouldn't call bee stings evil, as it is just a self-defence mechanism that is only used in certain situations, 90% of the time there is no need for a bee to use it.

ta for your reply about your kid playing the games. and agree watching is prob not as potentially harmful as playing.
As for the Dyslexia thing, agree too also the way they teach has same effect. I found thew classroom the most boring uninspiring mind numbing place to be! My Mum was 'kindly' asked to take me out of school,at 15 but I blame it on the School really, pathetic.
