Don't you mean "reign" over you? Beyonce raining over you, definitely has a different meaning.

This information was acquired from the Public Information Office, Buckingham Palace. Though correct at the time of posting, all members of the royal families occupational status may change and the decision of the monarch is decided upon by the Government in each of the 16 commonwealth realms. I wish I can post some proof, but I phoned it up instead of posting a letter to them, somehow they don't except email's. I was amazed I got through though.
