Power Blade

or my A600:
Superfrog (all team17's stuff)
Valhalla
Dreamweb
Delphine games (they were tough!)
Silly putty
Chaos Engine
Walker
Uridium 2

Man, it's scary when you think about all that you've owned: (platform - highlight)

Pub table - moon patrol

Atari 2600 - pitfall

286 - Xenon 2/Wolfenstein

NES - Mario 2/megaman

NeoGeo (very briefly) - Samurai showdown

Amiga 600 - rtype 2/flashback/putty

Jaguar (briefly) - AvP

Game gear - sonic chaos

Megadrive - Fifa 95/micro machines

Mega cd - snatcher

Playstation - tekken 2/mgs

Nokia 7100 - tennis

Playstation 2 - MGS2/ico/SotC/r-type final

Snes (ebay boredom) - mario kart

N64 (ditto) - mark kart 64

PSP - ...

Playstation 3 - no particular highlights yet

I'm glad I'm not the only one who liked Superfrog. Not many people have heard of it.

Another question:

What are your favourite Playstation one games?

Mine would be, Tomb Raider 1 & 2, Theme Hospital, Duke Nukem, Crash Bandicoot, Colin McRae Rally, Tekken 2, Pandemonium 2 etc.

Re: The Retro Corner

Superfrog was OK, but James Pond 2: Robocod was better.

Oh and the master system, i loved the fact that even if you had no games you always had alex the kid on there.

I loved Alex the Kidd! Well except when I didn't want to play it and it wouldn't stop loading up aaah the stress that was caused!

I did have a lot of memories with both those consoles, both great stuff!  Used to wake up ridiculously early every morning so I could play on them.

The Vectrex has to be the oldest console I own, where to make it colour you have to put colour panels in front of screen.  Have some top games for this too, perhaps my favourite was the game I lent to mate who then sold it :smileysad:
P.S I remember when you was a noob evilC :smileytongue:

Bunch of NOOBS! it's Alex Kidd. Not Alex THE Kidd :smileyvery-happy:

Tony Hawks 2 is one of my all time favourites on any console. :smileyhappy:

Time crisis and Tombi were other PS1 favourites.

It looks like I had a thing for games beginning with 'T'.

Re: The Retro Corner

My earliest memories were of the great Commodore 64.  Twas my brothers, but I can remember playing Toki, Paperboy, & some wrestling game.. Awesome times! Those poor ole tape player things were so temperamental though :smileysad:

Then came the Megadrive. Sonic, Streets of Rage, Micro Machines, Italia 90, Fifa, Columns, Super Hang On, Golden Axe, Quackshot, Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, Moonwalker, Wrestle War (ahaha), Mercs.. to name a few :smileyvery-happy:

The PS1 is too recent too mention, but as mentioned above, Tony Hawk 2 ftw.

[ Edited ]

My first console I remember playing on was an Amiga600. God I loved that thing D:

As an xmas gift in 2008 I got an Amiga1200 with a 1.5GB Hard Disk, and it rocks! 8D

Now if you don't mind, I'm off to play "Beneath a Steel Sky" on 15 floppy diskettes :B

EDIT: And how the hell could I forget chaos engine! I NEED TO DOWNLOAD THAT!

I recently bought a Dreamcast, to re live the 90's, my old one broke... almost 10 years ago now.

Sonic adventure, sonic adventure 2, and Toy Commander were the three best games imo, although i heard good things about shenmue... never got to play it, might buy it now actually. thanks for reminding me! :smileyvery-happy:

but yeah, sonic adventure 2, my god that game was good :smileywink:

Then moved to a speccy 48K.
That was updated to a speccy 128K +2A.
A little later we got an Amiga CD32 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amiga_CD32 for those who never heard of it, it was a flop)
The i bought a Game Gear from a mate in secondary school (oh the joy of us sat huddled round it at lunch time watching the Neighbours repeat onn the TV Tuner lol)
Then finally PS!/2/3 and a Game Boy Colour

Ahh yes, the fantastic Dreamcast. I still have mine, haven't played it for a while though.

Shenmue is still one of my all time favourite games.

I also loved 18 Wheeler: American Pro Trucker, Crazy Taxi, Jet Set Radio and Phantasy Star Online.

Too many great games :smileyhappy:
