also, sweating buckets during exercise, I know im not working as hard as I am sweating, stupid humidity.

Also, mike, dunno about UK, but the heat/humidity is causing rain at night, they say tonight is going to cause flooding, and there will be thunder etc, I dont think the warning applies to UK, i think its humidity from the Irish sea causing it.

Just looked out the window, same here in central London.

Hope its falling around my area, it should be as I live not far away.

Amazing to get snow in June but no surprise given this new weather front.
