So on June 19 I get 4200 points- 800 points for Trails evolution and then today when my turn my xbox on and checked my points left it was 20 and it said i was on another console, only got 1 xbox so can anyone help me out here please

This should absolutely be the first thing you should do. If possible I would also suggest changing the email to another one and choosing a different password for your email as well. Have you ever given your account details to anybody else? And also, did you check the purchase history? If I remember correctly there was either some "hack" or some form of social engineering that used people's Microsoft Points to buy some Fifa packs which could then be sold for money (I am unsure on the specifics since I hadn't paid much attnetion to the purpose admittedly) so you could have been a victim to this. In addition, while you're making your account more secure put a Pass Code onto your console. This way when you log in you have to input a four digit combination using the buttons on your 360 controller so even if your password is taken your Pass Code will provide some form of protection.
