The thread of many topics.

Well not many but more than one.

What does that E mean I've seen on a few tv programs I've seen on the opening graphic scenes? I've seen it on Coronation Street, This Moring and Holyoaks. Two are ITV shows and the other is on 4.

I watched some of This Morning today and they were talking about gingers, I wasn't really listening too much but it seems as though many gingers out there want the word Ginger banned just like the N word is banned to describe black people and like all the terms which can be used to put gays down.

I think they could have a point and I reckon one day it could be against the law law to call them gingers.

What do you call meal times?

I call them breakfast, dinner, tea and then supper.
I don't ever use the word lunch and dinner is eaten early afternoon, not on evenings.

What does that E mean?

Don't know, and never noticed it.

Quite right too! One should always use the correct term, luncheon.

Re: The thread of many topics.

Also what is your favourite stupid gadget in the Betterware catalog?

I like the pill popper "the easy way to pop pills" it costs £3.49 and seems pretty useless. The furniture risers that come in at £9.99 also look like over priced crap too.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner/tea for me. I never really eat breakfast though.

How come in schools they have "dinner ladies" for the meal in the middle of the day?
