They have been dedicated customers all their lives and that's the respect he gets back..?
My Grandma has only just recently passed away and she would of normally sorted this out herself AND taken it to Toyota, but now Grandad is on his own he's taking charge and wasn't happy with that disgusting price. My dad said I would cancel it and go somewhere else. So he is and it will be done later today without him being stupidly ripped off and by a so called respectable company.
Man its made me angry!

I think thats the problem with big companies, they know they can charge that ammount and most people won't question it. But surely there must be some reason (good or not) that they decided to charge £900.
