Sleep on it. You're calmer the next day, you've had time to think, and you're not in 'emotional mind'.
You can talk with 'reasonable mind' then.
Emotional mind = emotional, no facts, like you're just swearing a load of horse sh*t that isn't even true, you're just saying it to spite the person
Reasonable mind = Emotions, and facts, so you're putting how you feel behind the facts you point out like "It hurt ME when YOU kissed that girl in that bar"
Wise mind = facts
Lol. I learned these things from somewhere. Don't ask where ![]()
Anyways, yeah, sleep on it. That's if the argument wasn't so bad that you're so anxious you can't sleep ![]()

I usually leave a post-it note to remind me to continue being angry when I wake up, just in case I forget.

Being angry is effort
Not when you've had as much practice as I have ![]()

I just had an image of you in your boxers and raybans waking up, looking at your post-it by your bed and just storming towards your computer bellowing at the top of your lungs ![]()
It sounds like I missed some action again. Shame on me sleeping ![]()

im all for sorting out a situation straight away, not keen on leaving things to just fester. not really arguments, as i dont get in many, but more problems of any kind really.
always had the view that sleeping something off just means youre ignoring part of your trouble. though stuff can still be better in the morning because of that
. so it still works either way lol.
