I'm a day person. Get up at 7 during the week and 8ish weekends. I cant sleep during the day. If I have to cover a night shift at work (trialling my development products in the factory, seems to have ALWAYS been at night recently ) I end up being awake for 30 odd hours

I'm definately a morning person, i think the latest ive ever slept is around 9am. Even when i was a kid i woke at about 5am and that was me for the day, used to drive my parents mad

I'm somewhere in between I'd say. I love the thought of getting up ridiculously early to get things done and out of the way, but putting it into practise is a totally different thing. I also like the idea of going to bed at a reasonable time but end up saying up till all hours of the morning.

I change with the seasons I think. Around winter, I'll make more of an effort to get up handy and squeeze every hour of daylight out of the day. During summer, I lay in bed and snooze, probably because I know the sun will still be bothering me at 10pm that night...

I go through different phases where one time I am a morning person then another time ill be a night person. I prefer exercising either late morning or early afternoon.

I hate getting up in the morning.

It depends for me. I usually don't go to sleep until about 2am. If I have something to get up for in the morning I can do it no problem, but if I don't have anything to get up for I find it so difficult to get up!

I'd sleep 4am-2pm everyday if I could.
