It isn't. For the large part of this thread, and general from other similar discussions it seems like me and Geachie are the only people who actually cook here.

Learn! or you'll end up being one of these people in their late twenties/early thirties who can't cook anything. It's unbelievable to watch some people in the kitchen. I sometimes wonder how many people would starve or be eating raw potatoes if it wasn't for ready meals.

It doesn't have to be something you are that into, but once you get started you'll probably enjoy it.

Warning: cooking your own food will make you incapable of eating preprepared junk........ well, not totally.. everyone likes a bit of trash now and then.

Re: Todays dinner thread.

Loads of people on here cook, all the girls for starts lol Moshii has posted receipes etc, others have posted pics of cakes, i know you bake cakes but one would assume if they can bake, they can do a bit of cooking..

I lived in a uni house with 5 guys, and we all cooked without problem. I even did cooking in school, its not something i talk about tho, its just food to me, i dont get enjoyment from eating or making food.

Re: Todays dinner thread.

Mclaren take Home Ec it will give you the guidelines on how to cook :smileywink:.

They dont teach you a lot but if you are interested the real part is in college or in a professional kitchen.

The guidelines is all I would want, not looking to go into a career in which cooking is involved. :smileyhappy:
