Some of these might not be considered best games ever but I have to include due to the amount of time I put into them. I'm going to cheat and group series together

Knights of the old republic (1 and 2)

Mass effect 2

SSX 3 (and tricky)

GTA 1

GTA vice city/san andreas 

Sonic 2 (and 3d because it took a summer from me lol)

Final fantasy 8

Uncharted 2

Assassins creed brotherhood

Arkham Asylum

Red dead redemption

Burnout (the first one)

Fable

The sims (time sink)

Theme park (and hospital)

Well I tried my best but can't quite think of what my top 15 would be.

Up there would be FF9 - FF7 is no where near top 50 for me, sorry chaps... no moaning or you get the Clooney Gif again!

Hmmm... I'd probably stick the first two Ridge Racers up there and I still play Die Hard Trilogy every once in a while so that would have to be up there plus any games where I could stick in my own 90's Hardcore/Happy Hardcore CD's qualified as simply awesome to me back then

Hell there are probably pinball games on the spectrum I'd have in my top 15 and perhaps X-Com Enemy From the Deep and a Tekken game.

Sorry its not a list Way to many great games to pin them all down, those above are just a few which come to mind and bring back good memories.

I noticed a few people have listed portal 2, I've only played it twice, once late at night when I was drinking and another time with my kids on split screen.

I'll have to make some time to get back into it, seemed pretty good.
