What do i do?

Right.

I'm with Virgin Media, ADSL 8mb Unlimited [Not in a cable area]


My parents and brother seem to think there is nothing wrong with our connection, but me on the other hand thinks the service is absolute sh1te. I have asked for them to do something but they only say, there is nothing wrong with it.

I'll give an example my ping tonight is 130ms, i haven't downloaded anything, nobody has been on until 6pm then it's like this everyday/

I called Virgin 1 year ago, and they said they would fix it, it worked for 3weeks ish... then it went crap again...

What do i do?

EXACTLY the same situation with me (not with virgin though). I complain it's crap, which it is, its awful. But because my mum can go on her shopping sites it's perfectly fine lol.

I read the first four words of that post and I thought that it would be about something interesting....

 

 

On topic though, I'd advise switching ISP. I've never liked Virgin Media, *****ty customer care from my experience.
