-Ebay (Watch out for dodgy buyers and posting fees)
-Cash Converters (Worth a try)
-CeX (Have some great prices and buy anyhting)
-Friends? (Ask on MSN or email)

Is there a local PC shop near you? If so you could see if they'd buy it off you, as most PC shops sell refurbished laptops.

Maybe, but large store chains like that buy them cheap and sell double the price, its best if you sell it the price they would!
