You shouldn't use "and" with nested brackets as its correct use is as a conjunction.  In fact, your whole nested bracket sentence is fragmented.  Also, you should't mix your dash with brackets. It is best practice to keep to the same use throughout.  You also used it incorrectly.

Your spelling of 'comprenez' was incorrect and 'comprenez vous' is ungramatical and rarely used conversationally.

I noticed that too, but was hoping someone else would point it out, Also Capisce isn't Italian, its American Slang for an Italian word capisci.

What I quoted as to why I was banned I regard as GENERIC and not DEFINITIVE.

When the ban finished & I was allowed to use the forums again, I was actually surprised at what had NOT been deleted or locked & had real difficulty understanding why I was banned.

The only thing that I can't seem to find of mine was a joke about Clint Eastwood and a certain sexual deviation from Jack Dee's Live and Uncut show in London - is that the reason I was banned for 24 hours?

Just to elaborate & clarify - I'm not stupid & do realise I was, how shall I put, pushing the envelope a little & I was to some degree seeing how far I could go, before some sort of restraint on my posts was initiated.

I was surprised though, bearing in mind that which still in my opinion the GENERIC ban notification stated - that my Number 1 and 2's thread was not deleted or even locked!

Infact, that thread I feel is a good case in point, as it seemed to generate some interest & was posted as a light-hearted joke sort of thread to get a reaction; but it would I think have been better served in a catagory that doesn't yet exist but I believe that should.

An ADULT GENERAL DISCUSSON FORUM, with password entrance, similarly used by many sites like for example Youtube use for Adult type material.

I appreciate children need to be protected, but it seems to me that most of the people who answer my threads as far as I can tell are indeed adult. 

(cont - because I only have a PS3 & CRT TV and have no choice!)
