That's about what I expected you to come back with - why should I have to do that? Why can't these forums be run fairly. I was accused of being a troll, which I utterly rute. I am not interested in argument for the sake of argument. I don't want to go round annoying people. If you don't like the way this forum is moderated, or how some of the members are allowed to act, then why stay?

He does have a point though, some people seem to get away saying things when others have been banned for doing the same (seems to come down to luck and if anyone reports you). But I don't understand why it bothers him when he doesn't even seem to enjoy using this forum.

So would you, if you had been banned for a week and ganged up upon by the in-crowd. I'm not interested in cliques and going with the crowd. My mind is far too strong for that rubbish - I like to resolve things or highlight things that need to be resolved, which is nothing like being a troll - someone who just wants to go round upsetting and annoying people for sadistic 'schadenfreude' type reasons.

If my ideas and opinions upsets people, then that's probably because they don't want to hear the truth. Unfortunately in this world the truth is often unpalatable.

For example I have been complaining alot about the PS3 browser.

I think when Oscar Wilde compared women with swiss cheese - if the PS3 had been about in his day he would have said women and PS3 browsers are like swiss cheese.

Now if one of you take offence at that, then that's because you're not wanting to accept the truth - the plain simple fact, that the PS3 browser is just not fit for purpose! There is no point having a token browser!

Only weak-minded people smoke - I'm not weak minded and you did not word that statement to mean anyone as a 'sorry arse' or if that is how you meant it, you didn't phrase it very well, but I am fair and I thank you for conceding that some people seem to get away with murder whilst others like myself don't. I suppose it was because I have attacked certain moderators opinion and so they had their eye on me with itchy fingers ready with zeal to press the ban button. This is why I wanted to know if there was an appeal process and according to That_Soton there is.

From what you're saying, it doesn't seem to be against these all powerful House Rules that you can ask these 'personal' threads of yours - but know this - I won't answer any of them - infact, because of your very open demeanour, I am far likely to know more about you than you are ever likely to know about me. I have reasoned why I think it might be this 'children' question is so important for you to know why after quickly scanning your posts/pictures.
