I dunno about owning a disused submarine base (looks a bit high maintenance imo), but I've always wanted my own top hat wearing-mono syllabic-built like a brick walll butler called odd job, who kills people with his razor rimmed hat when lobbed like a frizbee and paints naked ladies to death in gold. I wonder how much it costs to buy an odd-job these days? $17.5 Million?
