This is not even a joke thread, I googled this and it seems like a fairly common question that's asked. I haven't even touched weed in ages, not saying it has anything to do with it, but the smell resembles it a lot.

Your sweat probably smells like wee cause you have high amounts of urea in your sweat, so its kind of like youre peeing out your sweat glands.

It might stain your clothes yellow too.
