I have watched loads of these 'expose' videos.
Almost exclusively designed to shock you into stopping eating meat or protect animals etc.
The fact of the matter is farming/slaughter is dirty work. And I like to eat meat.
The majority of farmers and to a lesser extent slaughter house workers treat the animals well because it meants the meat is a better quality.
They only show you the bad footage.
I guess most of my meat is farmed extensively ( in Australia) which makes me feel slightly better, but in the US the majority of the meat is intensively farmed.
You get scumbags in every job, its the minority who do the heinous things. And to the people complaining about hitting a pig on the head.
This is quite a good way to kill it. It stuns it, giving you time to stick it.
Anyway I know my opions on the matter are always controversial, everyone is entitled to their opinon.
I like eating meat, and I am fully aware of where it comes from - lots of people today aren't and that's an issue.
If you want to complain about something, do some research on the illegal chinese fur farming.

As Submarine said, the majority of other places conduct themselves better than that, and deal with the animals in the most humane way possible and give them a better quality of life. That being said, they're still being killed one way or the other. You'd have to be short-sighted to not see that what you're eating was reared to be killed and eaten.
A few shock videos won't change anything or make people realise something they don't already know but don't consciously admit to.
