No it's just if you're a student and all you need is a valid .ac.uk email address as proof and you can get Win 7 Home Premium or Professional for £30. It's a 2.3gb download. For an extra £9 you can get the disc as well but I just burned the file to a DVD. You can also get Office 2007 Ultimate for the princely sum of £38.95 too. Unfortunately the offer is only any good if you're a student but just for your information the link is below:
