I got made redundant from a job i had since school in 2009 so did quite a lot of recruitment agency work for a while.
The worst ones were in food production (i'd take anything at one time better than dole) putting the sachet in Pot Noodle and slapping ready meal together.
The ready meal job really sucked handling frozen food wearing latex gloves nearly killed my hands with frost bite.
The Pot Noodle job nearly sent me insane mind numbing.
Got a job back in the construction industry but off at the minute following some leg surgery.
What were your worst, best or future ideal jobs remember Mr Twunt Cameron believes unemployment only affects 18 to 24 year olds (my arse).

At age 16 I sold double glazing door to door and suffered endless abuse about getting a 'proper job.'
I quite enjoyed it. One day I had enough of the abuse and challenged a house owner to present their pay sheet to compare. Mine won, he look ashamed. I then pointed out that was a weeks pay slip and not a months - my week was about triple his monthly. He nearly cried ![]()
My video shop was my favourite - terrible pay but it was fun.
Hmmm.... worst... I've had a quite a few bad ones - Burger King when I was between jobs... luckily I only needed it for a few weeks. Horrible place.

I had a summer job last year at a factory, It was so frustrating unless you watched football you were considered a *****, I don't like football so they nicknaed me gayboy, I just can't get on with workig class they all leary and loud. One guy really hated me because a girl he liked in the office chatted me up but in the end I quited because I enjoy myself doing nothing more.

Factory jobs can be like school they seem to form packs who keep to their own.
I did a fair bit of factory work via agencies the established members seem to target newbies.
The way i see it give them the middle finger and get on with it i may have to resert to agencies myself not had this job long.

The first job I ever got aged 15 just out of school was the worst out of any I had, it was in a shoe factory working for a pair of asian brothers called the Bansals, they were really nice guys but one would give you a job like roughing the lumps of glue off the sole, then his brother would come out and move you to the machine where they mould the uppers, soon his brother who put you on the rougher would come out and tell you off for not doing the job he gave you and move you back, followed by his brother who would tell you off and move you back to the moulder etc, add to that the fact that there was absolutely no health and safety in place, we were using liquid glue to stick bows on ladies shoes, this glue burnt into the upper like acid and sent smoke up, then there was the alchohol we used to wipe the moulder which i once spilled on my jeans in the manhood area (and believe me it burns like a whole can of muscle rub) also when you used the rougher there were hot lumps of glue flying off (usually towards your face) we had no overalls gloves goggles or masks and even in the hot days in May and June no one bothered to even open a window and ventilate the room, the fumes of the alcohol rub and the glue were equal to sitting in a small cupbard with a couple of bottles of nail varnish remover, I was glad to leave and on turning 16 in the july was old enough to get a place on a Y.T.S just up the road.
