You are now aware that i'm asking a question.

I'm hopefully going to Uni in September and I was wondering will my fee's stay at £3,375(ish) for every year of my 3 year study or will they go up to £9000 next year?

£9000 is the max a uni can charge (I think), And only like the top 20 charge that, Oxford, Cambridge etc etc

I think quite alot of the universities are charging the full 9k. It changes depending on which course you take at most uni's.

Actually, pretty much every Uni is charging the maximum.

Major fail on the part of the government. They thought that only a very small amount would charge the full amount, but a basic point that they overlooked is that no University is going to want to admit it is inferior to another by charging a lower price. Say, Durham aim to be up there with Oxbridge, so they charge the full fees, well Manchester want to be up there with Durham, and Leeds want to be up there with Manchester etc....
