It sucks! It just really does! It is the worst music program I think I have ever had to use!

Can't delete only the duplicates?

Can't edit CD info before importing?

Can't tell it to delete all missing files from the Library?

Can't find album art without you being registered?

You can certainly display duplicates for them to be deleted.

iTunes works fine for me.

Unfortunately, when you display duplicates and then select them all for deletion.... the originals get deleted as well. That is not good enough.

And to make things worse... it left some litings in the Library but obviously couldn't play them because it had deleted the originals, would the library autoupdate? Ofcourse not.

I can select one of a pair of duplicate tracks and just delete that one. Not sure what you mean by originals in that context.

Anyway, if you don't like iTunes then why are you using it?

iTunes works ok generally for me but it is a *****ing ***** piece of software, and if I didn't have an iPod I'd never want to touch it.

I bought a headunit that allows me to control an iPod through the steering wheel and so assumed that I had to use iTunes to put the songs on to the iPod as my digital collection is in WAV format.
