I like stockings too, women have loads of clothes to wear to make them sexy.. and what do men have? tight black boxers.. which i wear <3 seriiusly i look well hot in nothing but a pair of tight black boxers.

That was done in ireland too, but it was done differently and was done with a cloak that was worn loose in summer and tight in winter.

You could use the cloak to make a tent, or as a shield too, and you didnt have trousers cause you needed to walk through bogland etc.

Fell out of favour as it became seen as something only poor people needed to do, I believe for the same kind of reason in scotland, scotland revived the practice by inventing tartan and assosiating it with nationalisim, ireland didnt bother and if you want to wear irish style its still classed as a dress.
