i thought the whole idea of digital distribution was that without the hard copies, games would be cheaper. so how come psn games cost far more than their umd equivalents?

you pay more for the game, and can't even resell it afterwards. is it just because sony has complete market control as you can only use the psn store, so they can charge whatever they like?

i feel kinda ripped off. with a psp 3000, i can just stick the online stuff on the memory card and play the cheaper umds. 

this is a question i should have asked before i got it, but what's the incentive for the psp go?
