Hello can any one point me in the right direction on how 2 get this member 2nd account or account deleted as they copied my name and there is a high chance of details being sent to wrong name.

my name is Klashnacovak47 with KL and they 

put KIashnacovak47 with Ki (i being capital)

There's no rule for having a similar username. If that was the case, there'd be a lot less PSN I.Ds around.

true but i aint even spelt klashnacovak47 right it, it spelt kalashnikov AK47 so for them to spell it so it looks exactly like my user name is well dodgy

Yeah it sucks especially if they did it on purpose, but there will be a lot of cases where someone didn't and it'll be pure coincidence so it'd be unfair to make a rule like that. I doubt it'll cause you a load of problems though. I can see the difference pretty quickly

They can only ban them if they are pretending to be you, if they aint and just have near identical name, there is not much they can do.

I think in cases like this, they should just put the i in lowercase

He is pretending to be him, I sent him a message saying are you KlashnacovAK47 and he replies yes.

i was going to say thanks mike but he would reply yes, as for doing it on purpose yes he did, i do know because words were exchanged between us in chatroom then he goes and comes back with identical looking name, he even put a sheep as his picture but i think mines premium, hey ladies
