1. The PS SDK support APIs? like "Api.dll
2. I can code in Vb.Net or just C#?

Welcome =). I hope this clear your doubts:

1. Not sure, but PS sdk let you create any dll.

2.. No only c#.

Regarding point 1, you can include other DLLs, but you should be careful that they do not included any other libraries which are not support by the PSM SDK, such as Windows Forms.
