How to get my project on to Vita?

Hey everyone. Need to programming, but learning as I go. I'm trying to get one of the demos to play on the Suite App on my Vita. I plugged my Vita in, via USB, went to Playstation Vita on the drop menu, and then I go to Run, and Run with... but there's no options in there? Am I missing something? Any help would be great. Also, can't wait to see some of your creations!
