Re: I can't run with psvita!

[ Edited ]

I am having the same problem(I think) for not being able to see my PSVita in the PssStudio.  I tried everything mentioned previously by unistalling the PSVita and the PSM SDK, but nothing is working.  Whenever I install the SDK it installs everything fine, but when i go to install the PSVita USB drivers, it won't work propery:

Computer Specs:

- i7 3630

- 1TD hdd

- 8gb RAM

- Nvidia GT 650m

- Windows 8

Is there a way to get this to work on the latest SDK release, or should I download a previous version?

Thanks for any help

edit: I got it to work for a few seconds, but now it's saying "not connected" from the Content Manager, so I'll re-install that right now.

I don't know if Content Manager has anything to do with the PSS Studio working properly, but after I re-installed the Content Manager, register my device both USB and Wifi, nothing is working.  If I do get PSS Studio to show my PSVita, it will do so in "off" for a few seconds and not work, or not show up again.

Re: I can't run with psvita!

@arin49017: Windows 8 is not officially supported by the SDK, so there's a good chance that it will cause problems (especially with drivers). Also, have you tried a different USB port? Ideally USB2 and not USB3.

Re: I can't run with psvita!

Thank you for the reply.  I have tried all of my USB ports: 1 USB 2 port, 1 USB 2 Power Port, 1 USB 3 port; none of them are working out.  i will keep on looking for ways to get around this issue, but from the looks of things, I will have to install Windows 7, or wait for an updated release of the SDK.  If there are any solutions that anyone has found I would appreciate any help.  Thanks Again!
