I just downloaded the PS Suite SDK, and tried to run a few sample projects, but I get this error

Error MSB4185: The function "CurrentUICulture" on type "System.Globalization.CultureInfo" has not been enabled for execution.

Build FAILED.

Please could you tell us a little bit of information about your computer's environment?
- OS
- Make / Model
- Language / Locale

Did you have any problems during the installation of PSS Studio? Is it limited to some or all samples?

Just installed the PPSuite today and I'm having the same issue while trying to compile a project. 

- OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

- Language: Portuguese (Portugal)

I didn't had any kind of problems during installation.

try in windows control panel , lang settings

to english, keyboard as well and see if this help

have you gotten any update from microsoft lately check under updates in the controll panal

and try to rool back your system to 1 may 2012 , and set the lang ,clock time, keyboard settings to english

this work for me, i am danish , and i had the same probelm in mid may , the dev kit wood not run

remember to disable updtaes from microsoft

Hi Everyone:

I had other error in the past not related with this one but could help the idea, Ad-aware antivirus make the emulator run really (really)bad!!!, then I stopped it and everything works again. I'm not saying that  you need to do the same but try to run the PSS on windows safe mode to see what happen and find if there is a  program causing the problem.
