Als großer Van Halen Fan habe ich mir GH Van Halen zugelegt, was laut folgendem Link des Herstellers ja mit dem Ion Drum Rocker kompatibel sein soll:

Es treten aber Probleme auf, es kommen sporadisch Meldungen, dass man das drumset wieder anschließen soll, dann muss man es abstöpseln und wieder anschließen (mehrmals pro Song, das nervt ziemlich).
Dies ist eindeutig ein Softwareproblem, denn
a) haben das Problem andere auch
b) tuts das Set mit RockBand 1,2
c) gehts ja auch in GH5.
Dazu ein Workaround aus einem Forum:
"Go to Radio Shack and grab 1/4" Mono 2 into 1 Y- splitters(1 for each cymbal you have). Plug them into the drum port on the model and then plug the cymbals and drums into the back of the splitter. The ION kit works perfectly with Guitar Hero Hero World Tour, Metallica and Van Halan this way. No disconnects and it stays in four pad drum kit mode. "

Thank you for contacting Activision technical support.
Only Guitar Hero and Band Hero drums do we guarantee full compatibility with. You will need to contact the makers of that drum to see if they know of any fixes. |

First of all, as you can read in the link you posted:

So, you DO guarantee compatibility!
Second: If there WOULD BE issues with the Drum Kit, I would contact Activision, but there are NOT! This is 100% comprehensible software bug! As this DrumKit works with GH5 made by YOU, and this Bug is included in WorldTour, Metallica and Van Halen! So YOU fixed it in other products, so please fix it in Van Halen, too!
Please contact your developer to fix this bug, as YOU promise that the DrumKit works! |

- Please show a document showing a "promise" as we can show you multiple documents that clearly state we do not guarantee compatibility for that drum. |

And as I tell you the third time now, I contact you because there are SOFTWARE issues with your games, and as these issues are fixed in GH5 I think this should be also able to fixed in GH Van Halen. |
