I really hope so, because the ultimate collector editions are all sold out where i live and they were my only way of playing the last to games, i didnt play 1 or 2 on ps2 and i sold my ps2. also i have a ps3 slim so i cant by the ps2 versions. please santa monica, release it in Oz, i know im not the only one in this position.

doesn't australia have their own jack thompson wannabe who wants to ban everything?

i wouldn't be surprised if you guys were forced to have a mega watered down version of the game like you did with left 4 dead 2

don't know why it wouldn't be relesed here, i was under the impression it was getting released in pal territories at the same time as gow3.

i'll tell you what, i'll hurry up and finish off playing my import copy which should be by the end of the month (about half way through gow2), then i'll run a quick comp here and someone can have it. any lucky mofos who are getting the ultimate edition can bugger off and wait till march 22nd so if that's you then please do the righty and don't enter.
i'll think of something gow related to base the comp on and post it up when im nearly finished.

Hey man, good news, found out at work today that Sony will be releasing the GOW Collection in Australia but not until June , or if your lucky enough to get the ultimate edition from EB you will get it in march.

But as others have said if you cant wait till then import it :-)

That'd be Michael Atkinson, attorney general of south australia. Or at least he's attorney general of south australia for a few more weeks - hopefully he'll be out on his a*** at the election next month.

But GOW 1 & 2 have already passed the classification board uncut on the PS2, so no issues there.

update:

just finished my first playthrough last night (well it was more like 3am) so i'm going to start my clean up run tonight to get a few missed trophies then do the challange of the titans for the platinum. should have the comp up and running next week.

so glad i imported this as i never got to play gow2, now i've finished the first 2 i'm even more excited for gow3
