Just wondering anyone got a release date? i am not paying £110 for some crappy box just to get all 3 games! rediculous!

Get it off ebay mate i did and am happily playing through it ready for GOW3 next month.  I think it will get a UK release but won't be much before GOW3 comes out and you would want time before to complete GOW 1 and 2 before playing it.

Yeah, there's pretty much no reason to wait as both versions will be identical and there's no online or DLC.

It'll be cheaper to buy an import somebody's completed off of eBay than paying £30 for the UK release.

Just import it and then buy GoW3, it will be much cheaper and you'll get the same games.

Have to say i completed 1 and 2 but other day i gave in and ordered the collection from ebay cuz of what i read about how good the ps3 remasters are.   You can usually find a uk company selling it for about 35-40 notes so they will post it same day rather than ordering from hong kong or the us and waiting weeks for delivery. 

Sony at one point said they wouldnt release the collection in the uk and hte only way to get it was to buy the ultimate trilogy, but if im honest i begrudge paying 110 notes for a box, ok it has some bits in it but essentially GOW3will be an 8-10 hour game to me its not a batgain..   Final Fantasy on the other hand always has 80 - 100 times more gameplay which makes it a lot more value for money..    you get more game play out of 1 final fantasy than the entire GOW Trilogy.    I might have paid 60 or 70 notes for the ultimate trilogy but 110 no.

I'd import it, but my TV plays anything in the NTSC format in grainy black and white. So I'm still hoping for a standalone release.
