Where are the choices?

Wow, Sony really dropped the ball on this one. I just finished most of the GoW3 demo on PSN, and it was a major letdown after all the hype. I've got 3 complaints:

1. The levels are completely linear. I can't control the camera, I can't control where I want to go, I can't impact the environment. Hell, even Super Mario Bros. 1 had alternate routes.

2. The gameplay. I just chose the big gloves and kept pressing Triangle over and over again, and I beat everything. BORING.

3. Choices. Rather, how come you can't make any choices? I don't want to torture people, but I have to. I don't want to murder some villager, but I have to. I don't want to tear this guy's head off who is just laying there on the ground in pain. But the retarded game forces me to. Why the h*ll would I want to? And why can't I choose not to. Also, Kratos seems like a selfish, sociopathic d*ck. Why would anyone like him?

Sorry, Sony. This is just worthless. Brutal, bloody, braindead.

LMFAO, that's the best review of a GoW game I've ever read:

I DON'T WANT TO TORTURE PEOPLE, BUT I HAVE TO!!!

If I wan't already going to buy GoW3 (Which I am), I definitely would after reading that.

Priceless...

Re: Where are the choices?

No English speakers here, I take it?

I love my PS3. I dislike the 360. I just don't get this one dumb, offensive game.

The gameplay is boring and linear, pretty much idiot-proof. And I don't see why I should jam my hand up some horseman's sphincter to pull out his guts. Now I realize some of you lads get your jollies that way, and that's fine. Not everyone can be into girls. I'd just rather not see a demo of it on my PSN.

Sounds like you haven't even played a single God of War Game in your life.
