Ive just defeated Hades (awesome boss fight) so im not extremely far in yet but what a brilliant game, i cant remember a game with an opening level like GOW3 has (those of you who have played it will know what im talking about)
I believe the game is about 2 or 3 years old now and ive only just picked it up, maybe it was because i didnt really get into GOW or GOW2 on PS2 because i was abit younger but so far GOW3 is sitting pretty high up in my favourite PS3 games.
I just hope the game continues being epic until the end

I actually think the opening Poseidon level, along with a bit later in the game (which I won't spoil) are the best bits.... The boss fights as a whole are all pretty good...
I do like the setting and story of the first one the best however... (it was let down by some of the spinning blade and spikey pit platforming being just a little bit too frustrating for a game which is primarily hack and slash)... and the gameplay of the second is probably IMO the best (good balance of puzzle, platform and slash, with more advanced controls than the original...
