I think the 24 hour race could be a real test for the PS3. Back in the ps1/2 days, I never worried about leaving my console on pause while i went to school/work.
I think now, i'd be at work panicking that my ps3 is going to overheat and shut down, corrupting my save at the same time.
I'm still looking forward to doing it though. I haven't stayed awake for 24hrs for many years, lol

when i was younger id have had no problems doing this, not though with kids i could probably just about do the 4 hour one, but would have no chance of doing one if it was a lot more than that. There really should be a save function

any real life 24 hour race would normaly be split between 2 or 3 drivers so would make more sense if you could split the driving with your B spec driver.
