Academy registration

I now have gold in all areas of the academy. Went to register and got the message back saying sorry you are in an eligible area. I am registered as English are brits not allowed to take part in academy this year? Sort it out GT I deserve a shot at this as well the rest of the Europeans. Any body else have this problem? Is it cos I am with aol for my service provider?
