So when they go green, they can usually do one more race before needing a rest as orange, but they wake up a couple of game days later.
When they go orange, they can lose points if you use them, but I don't think this means they need to be retired.
.
When they are waking up again, they go from orange back to green, if you use them once as green in this case then they go blue again.
Sorry to confuse you, I was refering to the bars, not arrows.

Kiwi, peak of the career can be gotten from a driver who has never gotten a single race. The career bar fills a tiny bit after every race even if they haven't raced. The only trophy related to driver level is the one where the driver needs to reach level 30. The peak of the career trophy doesn't refer to having a driver reaching level 40.

Note to anyone looking to extend there drivers career. If your not going to use a driver in a race put them in online mode. It is to time consuming in some situations but is also a good way to keep an in form driver in form if you have more drivers in form than you need for a race.
online mode?
i have to drivers that are now 40 and thay still have heaps of space in the career bar. Main driver has done 305 races?

It would be good to have a greater variety of tracks for endurance races . The set up is interesting .My bspec drivers did the 24 hour Le Man race .It started out raining but Iset up favouring dry conditions with gears ,downforce ect .It took 8 hours for my team to take the lead .In the end they won by 3 laps in dry conditions .
I have enjoyed the 4 hour Nurmburgring race and have tried out different cars .It is more interesting when the car you enter closely matches the performance of the other lead cars .
I think that the player should be able to customise their opposition and have extra credits based upon that .The better the opposition the more the credits .

You are lucky, I have retired 5 drivers now but I used B spec to grind money (before the last patch) so they did a lot of low lvl races many times more than they should have. I am reformed now, have 6 drivers with half career lines and leave them all set to online when I don't need them. Still no 40's but thats just me not wanting to leave ps3 on all day without using it myself
