Nope, people have been exploiting it and using 1967 in particular, which has a number of old super cars it gives you for free, such as the 1967 Ford GT, which costs 20mil credits in the dealers.

Nothing from '91 springs to mind when I think of great cars

Speaking of the Ford GT40 and it's 20mil credits cohorts, i'm assuming that one of them will be a prize car somewhere along the line, because i'm just shy of level 20 now and my credit intake has fallen sharply since hitting 1.3 million. Unless we're supposed to toil away for years to earn the 20 mil, which, given what you had to do on GT4 for some cars (*cough-BentleySpeed8-24HourRace-cough*) wouldn't surprise me much.

I presume it's a reward car, I dunno, I'm at Level 21 and just grinding money to get the right cars for this Extreme events and some of the earlier ones I missed.

My birthday was earlier this month. If GT5 hadn't been delayed I would have a shiny new birthday car. Oh well I have the game itself so no use in complaining, off to play some GT5!

Mines 79 so will get somthing to old. I am trying to spend all my money bit some how I ended up with 5 credits and all the paint parts ect are all rounded to a 0
