i have bought the complete pack a few days ago and i started the game up earlier and the cars will not work it says i should reinstall them, how? also the new tracks have disapeered :/ I have sepnt £10 on this and half of it doesn't work, what can i do??

I have also downloaded 'car pack 2' but this works fine.

Have you ever had access to the cars or tracks?

Either way, it wouldn't hurt to go back to the PSN Store.

Top right hand corner is the 'view downloads' button.

Re-download the complete pack again then jump back into GT5 and see if you can get them back using the DLC button.

You can fix this if you have a backup of your game save or are willing to start over. Otherwise, there is no fix for this bug, since the first bunch of GT5 DLC appears in the services list instead of downloads list.

You should contact to Playstation's customer support and ask for refund. Also, have a look in this thread.

I had this problem with the car packs....i downloaded the family share pack from the store and everything seems to be fine now...hope this helps

I have had this same problem.

I downloaded the full pack, all race cars etc 

Used them fine.

Then since the last but one update all I get when I select one of these cars in the garage is a red message saying I need to reinstall the cars...

In the first main page/screen of GT5 via the downloaxd section, it shows them all as downloaded.

I dont want to buy the latest package of cars with the DBS and Aventador if this is going to happen again. I feel VERY cheated and I cannot find any direct support for GT5 makers other than this forum.

If a product I bought on the highstreet wouldnt work or a microsoft software failed, I would have a support team to help me. No such thing here with such a great game. Very annoyed.
