I just bought the complete package but when I go to Downloadable Content in GT5 it says 'No purchased content found'

How can I get this fixed? Just paid $18.95 and got nothing.

Are you using the same account you purchased it on?

Did you buy aussie content for an aussie disc?

Have you updated to 2.0?

In short, more info necessary.

Using the same account I purchased it on yes.

The console and disc was bought in Singapore, I don't know if I bought Aussie content or not... didn't think there was a difference.

Yes, I have updated to 2.0

Also when I go back into the PS Store and try to go to the complete package, it says 'This content cannot be accessed on your account.' Don't know if this is normal or not seeing as this is the first thing I've bought from the store.

I would suggest this is the issue.

I would try contacting Sony Australia by phone to get an answer right away.

Are you using a Singapore PSN ID?

Unfortunately the problem is going to be the Singapore Disc. All DLC is region coded & locked and the BL code on the disc won't match the code on the DLC.

Only thing I can advised would be to pick up an AU copy of the game

The PSN account was made in Singapore, I don't know whether it's a Singapore PSN ID or not but it should be seeing it was made there right?

And if I buy an Australian copy of the game will I still be able to use the same save game I'm using now

Hey letmehavejosh,

Is this the account you are trying to play GT5 on or do you have another account you use?

From what I am aware, you may need to start again. I am not 100% certain on that one though as some games saves are region specific due to different content on them.
