Right. Downloadable games will only work if you have the PSN account that you bought the game with. So if you have created another PSN account at any time, and you took the old account off your PS3 system, any games that you bought with that PSN account will no longer work.
Before I go any further, is this ringing any bells and have you taken the account off your PS3 that you bought GT5p with?

Ah yeah that might well be the problem. Easily solved if this is the problem.
Ok, go into the store and find your download list. Then find your GT5p download. Start the download. What you will see happening is it will say "Activating..." once it finishes doing that and starts downloading, cancel the download. This should have re-activated your game, and therefore should work.
Try that out.
If this is the solution, you will have to do this for everything else on your download list, if you want it to work.
