I cant play my Gran Turismo 5 , it says "An error occurred during the start operation (80029722)" what shoul I do?? how can ı fix this??

Right. Downloadable games will only work if you have the PSN account that you bought the game with. So if you have created another PSN account at any time, and you took the old account off your PS3 system, any games that you bought with that PSN account will no longer work.

Before I go any further, is this ringing any bells and have you taken the account off your PS3 that you bought GT5p with?

Yes I know, I have only one account and I bought GT5p with this account... just a little information, my account has just been unbanned ( I talked to SONY and got my account back) is this the problem? what can I do about it?

Ah yeah that might well be the problem. Easily solved if this is the problem.

Ok, go into the store and find your download list. Then find your GT5p download. Start the download. What you will see happening is it will say "Activating..." once it finishes doing that and starts downloading, cancel the download. This should have re-activated your game, and therefore should work.

Try that out.

If this is the solution, you will have to do this for everything else on your download list, if you want it to work.

look, I bought 3 games UNO, TEKKEN 5 and GT5p ... only GT5p is the problem others are working well with/without the account signed in or not. and I looked my download list it only shows the demo games that I downloaded not the games I bought and when I looked at the ps store and choose the gt5p again it didnt say activate or something like that it says buy the game but I have already bought it its ridicilous

That's really odd. If you've bought the game off the store on that account, they should be on your download list. I would get in touch with Sony again mate.

yes it should be but like I said it didnt show me 3 games which I bought. I dont get it.

the reason why I was banned from psn is, I bought UNO tekken 5 and GT5 with my father's credit card (VISA). I called sony and the guy explained me that the card name doesnt match the account name he said I am going to unban your accunt so you can sign in , thats it. I think bank didnt pay money for these games which I bought. if this is the reason then its OK but I have to wait to take monthly purchase list from the bank (HSBC) and will see if it paid money or not.

Ah i see. That's most probably the reason why the games arent on your download list then.
