Hi All,
To help you share your GT5 experiences, we've put together a quick guide on how to take a photo in Gran Turismo 5, then export it to a USB memory stick. The video below assumes that you are in Replay mode, which is where you should start if you want to take a snapshot.
Once you've got your photo on a USB Memory Stick, simple follow our Image Uploads FAQ's to post it here into the forum!

How do you change your profile picture? I just took a photo in game of my S15 Silvia and saved it to the XMB but can't find the option to change it.
EDIT: Never mind, just watched the video again and saw you have to go into the photo album, select the photo and click on "make profile picture".
I was all messed up at 1:30 this morning going into all the menus trying to work it out. lol
