Have you read PD's website for information yet??
Perhaps ask them through Twitter, Facebook or any other Media that they put out.
There might be a list of compatible products out there somewhere, just need to dig for it... or go straight to the Horses mouth - PD themselves.
It's a good question, but my guess would be "No".
To my knowledge the only official PS4 compatible Fanatec wheel is the CSL Elite.
Interesting that the Fanatec website says it will play on "some PS4 games".
So perhaps it will fire up but you'll need the DS4 to navigate menus.
We'll need to wait until closer to release for an official supported wheel list.
But my suspicion is that the GT2 wheel wouldn't be on that list anyway, regardless of whether you can get the wheel to work or not.
I could also add that it's been mentioned that PD "plan to continue supporting PS3 wheels", but I haven't heard any talk like that for over 12 months now.
In the end, only time will tell.
If you must continue with an older wheel, then your best bet would be to track down the various PS4 wheel adapters, to see if any support your wheel model. I know the CronusMax works well (so should the version 2), but there are others. YMMV
