Welcome to the OPC GT5 Arcade Time Trials!

Here you can take part in the PlayStation Community's weekly GT5 Arcade Time Trial event, simply by completing a time trial using a specific car and track in the Arcade Mode only.

We will mainly be using reasonably priced cars that cost around 32,000 credits or less and are all available to buy in the dealership.

How to take part:

• Complete your fastest lap on the given track
• Once you are satisfied with your fastest lap, quit to the pre-race menu and take a screen shot of the Rankings board on the pre-race screen and post it in this thread.
• The time in your screen shot must be after the time that the challenge was set.

Transmission: Any

Front Tyres: Any

Rear Tyres: Any

Driving Line: On or Off

Car Tuning: Allowed

All other settings can be set to your own personal preference

edit - just seen that we have to buy the car, so for tuning are we allowed to add rear spoilers etc to the car as well as tuning it up?

Yep, as expected I'm beaten already

Great laps people, shall be having another go at some point to try and improve (and tune it up some more ). Just need to know from LR if we can add spoilers etc to the car

My interpretation is that as long as it's a C4 at Laguna, anything goes.
